The design of the compact Cflow melt index analyzer is a single machine operating instrument suitable for rapid monitoring of mass flow rate (MFR). They were originally used for raw material inventory inspection in plastic processing enterprises, as these extrusion tests were conducted on an irregular basis.

The design of Cflow is suitable for MFR testing, meets the testing requirements of Test Method A, and complies with the following testing standards: according to ISO 1133, ASTM D 1238, ASTM D 3364, JIS K 7210， Method A.

3. The mouth mold plug is located at the lower part of the material cylinder. When moving the mouth mold plug, it will fall off downwards.

4. After a test, it is simple, fast, and convenient to discharge the residual material from the outlet plug. Because the material barrel is designed with a through-hole, cleaning becomes very simple.

5. The test weight holding unit can be selected to hold the weight in a certain position during the preheating stage.
